    2. Scope

    These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the 100montanhas.pt website and the booking of tourism activities provided by 100 Montanhas, including 4x4 experiences, hiking, stargazing, photography workshops, and trekking expeditions.

    3. Bookings

    • Bookings can be made via the website form, WhatsApp, or phone.
    • A booking is only confirmed after direct contact by the 100 Montanhas team.
    • Prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on group size and customisation.

    4. Payment

    No pre-payment is required to submit a booking request. Payment is made after 100 Montanhas confirms your booking, by bank transfer or MB Way, under the terms communicated at that point.

    5. Cancellations & Changes

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund.
    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: amounts already paid are non-refundable.
    • 100 Montanhas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather or safety conditions, at no cost to the customer.
    • In case of cancellation by the company, customers will be fully refunded or may reschedule at no extra cost.

    6. Insurance

    All activities are covered by civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance, as required by Portuguese law for tourism animation companies.

    7. Participant Responsibility

    • Participants must inform us of any relevant medical conditions in advance.
    • Following guide instructions during activities is mandatory.
    • Participation under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances is not permitted.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All website content (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of 100 Montanhas and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

    9. Dispute Resolution

    In case of dispute, consumers may use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity: CNIACC — National Consumer Arbitration Centre.

    10. Applicable Law

    These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
