We assess conditions in the 24h before. If it's unsafe to go ahead, we'll reschedule or fully refund. Light rain usually doesn't cancel — the mountain is beautiful under clouds too.

Book through the online form or WhatsApp. We confirm availability in under 1 hour. Payment is made after confirmation via bank transfer or MB Way — nothing is charged before we confirm.

It depends on the activity. The 4x4 tours and the Douro boat tours are the most accessible, since most of the time is spent in the vehicle or on board, with short stops. Trails and night hikes involve uneven ground. Talk to us before booking and we will point you to the best option.
