No. Our activities are designed for all levels. The guide adapts the pace and difficulty to the group, so anyone in reasonable physical condition can join.

We assess conditions in the 24h before. If it's unsafe to go ahead, we'll reschedule or fully refund. Light rain usually doesn't cancel — the mountain is beautiful under clouds too.

Book through the online form or on WhatsApp. On the website you can pay straight away by card, MB WAY or Multibanco (30% deposit or the full amount), or just send the request and pay once we confirm. We reply within 1 hour.

Our guides run the activities in Portuguese, English and Spanish. If you would prefer another language, tell us when booking and we will confirm availability.

It depends on the activity. The 4x4 tours and the Douro boat tours are the most accessible, since most of the time is spent in the vehicle or on board, with short stops. Trails and night hikes involve uneven ground. Talk to us before booking and we will point you to the best option.

For experiences that include a meal or tasting, tell us about any dietary restrictions when booking. We confirm them in advance with the local producers and restaurants we work with.

Up to 4 people per jeep. On private tours the jeep is just for your group; if you are more than 4, get in touch and we add a second jeep.

Usual meeting points are Guarda, Manteigas, Seia, Covilhã or Penhas Douradas. Private groups can request hotel pickup within the Serra.

Absolutely. It's one of the best ways to discover the mountain, especially areas that aren't accessible otherwise — viewpoints, glacial lakes and remote villages you couldn't easily reach in a regular car.

Yes. All tours run with proper off-road vehicles driven by experienced local guides, with full activity insurance included.

Both. We offer private experiences (Sunrise and Full Day — the jeep is just for your group), the Sunset tour, which can be shared or private, and a Shared Tour, ideal for meeting other travellers at a more accessible price.

Comfortable clothes, closed shoes and, depending on the season, a warm layer or rain jacket. We also recommend sunglasses, sunscreen and a camera.

Prices range from €70 per person (3h Shared Tour) to €500 per jeep up to 4 people (8h Full Day with lunch). Sunset from €79 per person (shared) or from €120 (private), Sunrise €190 per jeep (up to 4 people).

Yes. In winter the trails turn into a unique landscape and we run tours whenever safety conditions allow. If snow is excessive or roads are closed, we offer a reschedule or full refund.
