Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the gift voucher valid?

12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is printed on the voucher.

Can the recipient choose a different experience?

Yes. The voucher has a value and can be used on any 100 Montanhas experience or package. If the chosen experience costs more, they pay the difference; if it costs less, the balance stays on the voucher for next time.

How is the voucher used?

On the experience page, pick the date and enter the code under “I have a code or gift voucher”. The value is deducted straight away. Bookings can also be made via WhatsApp.

Can I send the voucher directly to the recipient?

Yes. Choose “Send it directly to them”, enter their email and the day, for example on their birthday or at Christmas, and we email the voucher that morning.

What if the date isn't available or the weather doesn't allow it?

We reschedule at no cost. The voucher is never lost: the value stays on it until it is used.
