Two sides of the region in one day, with no driving. In the morning, the half day of Between Castles and Wines: two Historic Villages with a local guide (Sortelha, Castelo Mendo, Almeida, Castelo Rodrigo or Castelo Bom), a Beira Interior winery and a tasting of wines and local products. The afternoon is free. At night we pick you up again for stargazing in Serra da Estrela, with a homemade snack and a hot drink.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which villages will we visit?
Two out of Sortelha, Castelo Mendo, Almeida, Castelo Rodrigo and Castelo Bom, chosen according to your pick-up point and the season. If you have a favourite, tell us when you book.
How much do I save?
Booked separately it would cost €140 per person (€90 for the half day in the villages and €50 for stargazing). The package is €125. Solo travellers pay €179 instead of €200, and children up to 12 pay €99.
Where do you pick up from?
From your accommodation in the Guarda municipality, Covilhã, Seia, Mêda or Vila Nova de Foz Côa, at both times of the day.
Is it suitable for children and older travellers?
Yes. The pace is relaxed, the walks in the villages are short and stargazing is a calm activity, from age 6.
How do I book and pay?
Book through the online form or on WhatsApp. On the website you can pay straight away by card, MB WAY or Multibanco (30% deposit or the full amount), or just send the request and pay once we confirm. We reply within 1 hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48h before the activity, with full refund. Within 48h, the date can be changed subject to availability.
