His deep knowledge of the region, its wildlife and its plants is impressive, but what really stands out is his warmth and his passion for what he does. Sérgio didn't just guide us; he told us stories, took us to stunning places off the usual tourist circuits, and always made sure the whole group was safe and comfortable.
Sergio was fabulous! So enthusiastic and fun. We saw way more than we could ever have done on our own. We travelled roads I would not have even attempted. Sergio was always thinking ahead altering the route to accommodate ever changing weather conditions. This tour was a major highlight of our time in northern Portugal
