How quickly do you reply?

We reply within 24 hours, seven days a week. The person replying is the person who guides — there's no booking desk in between. If it's urgent, WhatsApp is always the fastest channel.

Do I have to pay anything to book?

No. We ask for no deposit, no card and no prepayment. Send the request, we confirm availability, and you pay on the day, on arrival. Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before.

Can I book for tomorrow?

You can try, and we often can — it depends on a vehicle and a guide being free. For dates less than 48 hours away, use WhatsApp rather than the form: the reply is immediate and you don't sit waiting on an email.

Do you run private or large-group experiences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Companies, stag and hen parties, birthdays and groups over 8 are arranged case by case — we combine vehicles, adapt the route and shift the timings. Tell us the group size, the date and what you're after.

Where is the meeting point?

Accepted Answer

For most experiences we collect you free of charge at your accommodation in the Serra da Estrela area — Manteigas, Covilhã, Seia, Gouveia and Guarda. In the Douro, the usual points are Pinhão, Foz Côa and Meda. The exact spot is agreed once the booking is confirmed.

What languages do you guide in?

Portuguese and English. For groups, let us know in advance which you prefer and we assign the right guide.
